🚨 Breaking AI News
Leading blockchain platform developer Alchemy has announced the launch of AlchemyAI, a GPT-4 plugin designed for blockchain analysis. The plugin leverages the capabilities of OpenAI's ChatGPT and is specifically tailored for Web3 development.
It enables natural language queries on the blockchain, translating them into requests sent to the Alchemy API and returning results in an accessible format.
In english,
AlchemyAI enables users to interact with the blockchain using simple language by transforming their questions into technical commands and providing results in an easy-to-understand format.
This is huge for developers involved in both AI and Web3.
Yesterday, Mercedes-Benz announced they are adding ChatGPT to their “MBUX," or Mercedes-Benz User Experience. This is big news and adds to the long list of generative AI use cases.
The beta was released TODAY and will last for three months. Anyone who owns a Mercedes Benz can now access ChatGPT by simply saying, “Hey Mercedes.” It’s like the fancy “Hey Siri.”
The integration was made possible through the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, which was launched in March. And despite concerns over privacy, Mercedes says that data protection is a top priority, which is why it will operate in a “controlled cloud.”

Diffusion
'Diffusion' in AI typically refers to 'Diffusion Models,' a class of generative models that are gaining increasing interest in the AI community. These models use stochastic differential equations (random changes over time) to model the data generation process, like creating a new image or text.
To explain Diffusion Models in a more accessible way, let's use a metaphor. Imagine an artist beginning with a blank canvas (random noise) and gradually adding details and layers (diffusing data) until a full painting emerges (the final data point). The process is not entirely deterministic; there are many possibilities at each step, akin to the artist deciding which stroke to make next.
In AI, Diffusion Models work similarly. They start from random noise and gradually refine this noise using data learned from the training set until it produces a coherent output, like an image or a block of text. The entire process is guided by a series of probabilistic steps determined by the learned model.
