Paul McCartney released an intriguing bit of information yesterday regarding the future of the Beatles' music, more than 50 years after the band's dissolution. In an interview with BBC Radio 4, McCartney announced that AI has facilitated the completion of a final Beatles' song.🤯
This is wild, but sadly, the song will not be released until later this year. Don’t fret because I will be right here to bring you the link when it drops.
The demo track containing Lennon's voice is speculated to be "Now and Then", a song Lennon composed in the late 1970s. McCartney was given the tape by Yoko Ono, Lennon's widow, while working on the Beatles Anthology. Lennon was assassinated in 1980, and fellow band member George Harrison passed away in 2001.

AMD is NOT backing down from Nvidia. Yesterday, they announced plans to start shipping their advanced GPU for AI, the MI300X, later this year. Nvidia currently holds around 88% market share on GPU’s Will the “MI300X” break this dominance?
The MI300X chip, designed for large language models and advanced AI models, boasts up to 192GB of memory, allowing it to handle larger AI models than other chips, such as Nvidia's H100. AMD also unveiled its own software for AI chips, ROCm. This allows them to not be dependent on Nvidia like everyone else.
CEO Lisa Su said AI represents the company's "largest and most strategic long-term growth opportunity." She’s smart.
