How AI is Impacting the World
Adobe to launch AI-powered agents

Adobe is launching AI-powered "agents" designed to help businesses enhance website interactions and streamline marketing workflows. These AI-driven assistants, built on the new Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, will allow brands to create personalized customer experiences by analyzing user behavior and preferences in real-time. For example, if someone visits a travel site after clicking an Instagram ad, the AI can suggest destinations based on the content of that ad. Adobe’s goal is to bridge the gap between data-driven marketing and conversational AI, making website interactions feel more natural and effective.
A key feature of this rollout is Brand Concierge, a next-gen AI tool that moves beyond basic chatbots to deliver immersive, brand-aligned experiences. It can respond via text, voice, or images and personalize suggestions using first-party data and brand insights. Adobe is also introducing ten specialized AI agents, including tools that optimize audience targeting, automate content production, analyze customer behavior, and refine digital sales strategies. These AI agents aim to reduce the time required for marketing changes from months to minutes, allowing teams to experiment and iterate more efficiently.
Adobe is partnering with Microsoft, IBM, AWS, and other enterprise tech players to integrate AI agents into broader business operations, from customer service to enterprise planning. The shift toward agentic AI reflects a growing demand for automation that doesn’t just assist but actively manages tasks. As companies race to personalize experiences at scale, AI-driven marketing could redefine consumer engagement, making data-driven storytelling and real-time optimization the new norm. This shift may also blur the lines between marketing, sales, and product discovery—fundamentally changing how brands interact with customers.
Key Points
AI-driven marketing is evolving beyond simple chatbots into intelligent, data-driven customer engagement.
Brand Concierge personalizes interactions using a company’s unique data, creating richer customer journeys.
New AI agents automate everything from audience segmentation to content generation, making marketing teams more efficient.
Adobe is betting big on AI-powered automation to accelerate digital transformation for brands.
What We Think About It
Adobe’s move into agentic AI is significant. It signals a future where AI doesn’t just assist marketing teams—it actively orchestrates customer experiences. With real-time personalization, businesses will no longer just react to customer behavior; they’ll anticipate it. This will drive higher conversion rates and more effective campaigns. However, it also raises privacy and ethical concerns as AI takes greater control over digital experiences.
What You Can Do Right Now:
If you're in marketing or e-commerce, start exploring AI-driven personalization to enhance customer experiences.
For developers & CTOs, look at integrating AI assistants into customer-facing applications for deeper engagement and automation.
